Welcome to Silver Whiskers Fitness (SWF), Where Kittens and Seniors Stay Active Together!

SWF is a unique website dedicated to promoting an active and fulfilling lifestyle for seniors through the delightful company of adorable kittens. We believe in the power of these little furballs to brighten your days and keep you moving, bringing joy, companionship, and exercise all at once.

SWF was born during the pandemic while working from home. Being home allowed me to start fostering at-risk kittens through the CAAT Friends organization (CAATfriends.org), a non-profit animal welfare and rescue organization dedicated to rescuing cats and kittens from high kill shelters. Kittens are curious, adventurous little creatures and that is why you will see them in all of my exercise videos.

Cats can be such caring creatures, especially when they're welcoming new fosters into the business. These three cats are permanent residents here at Silver Whiskers Fitness. They help the new fosters acclimate to their new "production crew" roles.

Furrever Loved - Meet the stars of the show!

All of the Silver Whiskers Fitness videos feature an ensemble cast of furry fitness enthusiasts, each with their own unique charm and personality. They make up the production crew as they have all been a part of video creation while they lived here at the Silver Whiskers foster house.
