What types of videos do you offer?

We offer a variety of fitness videos designed for seniors, however anyone can use them. They are all low-impact workouts including strength training, cardio training and stretching.

How do I rent a fitness video?

You can browse our collection online, select a video you’d like to rent, and follow the checkout process to complete your rental.

What is the rental period for the videos?

At the moment, a single video can be rented fro 48 hours. The countdown begins when you submit your payment.

Do I need special equipment to participate in the workouts?

All exercises can be completed without any equipment. Your body weight (BW) is also acceptable. You will need a chair for some workouts, and we typically use small hand weights (1 lb - 3 lbs), a long stretchy band (preferably 6ft), a small, 8"-9" rubber ball, and an optional mini-band.

Is there a membership fee?

No, we do not charge a membership fee. You only pay for the videos you rent. This will be an option for this at a later date.

Can I cancel my rental?

Once a video is rented, you cannot cancel it, but you can choose to stop watching it at any time.

What if I have trouble accessing a video?

If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team. We’re here to help!

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on rentals. However, if you experience a technical issue, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Can I suggest new video topics or instructors?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our users. Please send your suggestions through our contact form.

Do you have gift cards?

Gift cards aren’t available just yet, but we’re working on it! Please check back soon to see when that option goes live.
